We use various methods of delivery which include: weekend “person to person” seminars for individuals who are new to the industry and have come to recognize its rewards; a vast array of online training information; webinars, conference calls and case preparation work shops; and mentorship arrangements to cement the relationships between our team in order ensure its continuing profitability.
We encourage our agents to be independent, which is consistent with their arrangements with us. We also understand that they must be encouraged and supported in their business development activities, not just through training, but also through leads, joint promotions, and effective use of media platforms, like radio programs that bring value to the community. Importantly, we are committed to helping our agents to track the progress of their business activities so that they can make informed and profitable decisions on a timely basis.
